second session it had reviewed the notifications of final regulatory actions by Australia and Hungary on monocrotophos and, taking into account the requirements set forth in Annex II of the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade, and had come to the conclusion that the requirements of that Annex had been met,
